Buyer
Pdfmira’s buyer wants a cover. Filenava’s buyer wants a queue other people can see. Open a studio here is an account for a person. Their signup is a workspace. Do not import seats into a magazine.
A workspace rail is a cost: crumbs, plan pills, nested tools. Worth it on a shift. Absurd on a Sunday layout. Filenava has no public host to send a designer to anyway — we name the product and stop. Pdfmira is the URL you can actually open for plates. If a desk appears later, the name exists. It is not hiding in this colophon as a secret network of firms. It is another UI for another invoice.
Chrome
We have a masthead and an index. They have a rail and plan pills. Dashboard in this issue is a bench, not an ops console. The difference is posture, not a second company.
Batch at desk scale
A shared job table is Filenava’s thesis. A light table is ours. Forty receipts as a team ticket is not a spread. One thesis PDF as images is not a BUSINESS plan. Merge here is still a studio verb.
If two people must sign off a packet, a magazine tab on one laptop is a single point of failure. If one person must judge a plate, a job table is a cold room. Pdfmira stays warm and visual. Filenava stays tabular. Mixing them to ‘look more professional’ produces a studio that cannot hand off and a desk that cannot see. Choose the object: plate or ticket.
Privacy
Short retention, person-scale legal pages. Filenava will talk audit and subprocessors in workspace voice. Controller unchanged. No public Filenava URL — do not invent one.
Visual versus B2B
Pdfmira = creatives. Filenava = ROI. Rates do not sell seats. Help does not onboard an admin role.
Office / AI
BUSINESS does not heal PDF→Office. Lossy. AI is not live. Do not write either into a creative RFP as magic.
Stay in the issue
Stay for plates. Name Filenava when a desk exists — without a link. Colophon: Giannico Costantiello, P.IVA 08910530727, Via Ten Vitantonio Notarnicola 116, 70010 Turi (BA). Then back to the index.
A studio tab is a single point of looking, which is a virtue. It is also a single point of failure if a second person must take the job. If you do not have that second person, do not buy a rail. If you do, do not pretend this magazine is a tenant. Filenava is the workspace name. There is no public host to typeset. Pdfmira.com is the issue you can actually open. Plates live here. Tickets live there — when a desk is real.
Until that desk exists, export the spread, close the laptop, let the file expire. Rates will not sell you seats. Help will not onboard an admin. That is not a gap in the magazine. It is the magazine knowing what it is.
A workspace is not a larger preview.
