If the PDF must live on a landing or a portfolio, WebP is digital newsprint: handsome enough, much thinner.
Do not use it as a print master. For the copy shop stay with JPG or PNG at print stock.
A twelve-page lookbook does not need twelve heroes. Export, then pick the three spreads that still read at thumbnail size. Compare the plate before you publish: type that breaks here will break on the grid.
